Here at the org we've had a complex password policy in effect for a few years. Of course, without a group policy on AD that forces the users to obey it, nobody pays it any mind. After all, that security stuff is just paranoia, right?
Well, due to some State and Federal mandates, and some real paranoia on the part of our PHB, we were instructed to implement said policy recently, which resulted in much wailing and gnashing of teeth, and this nice little caller-ID-blocked voice mail.
