  1. It would have been so cool if you had said you'd complete the survey next Thursady. Of course, they "would have the 'right' to request it sooner" if it caused a difficulty, however, due to heavy traffic and increased demand, you would do the very best you could, thank you veddy mooch and you are welcome.
    Then ask them to fill out a survey on how great a customer you are...
